We stand behind the quality of every product we sell. If your purchase does not work out for any reason, you may initiate a return or exchange within 30 days of receiving your order as long as the product is unwashed and unworn with tags included.
We will pay for the return shipping cost for US orders. Any refund requests will only be refunded to the original form of payment. Please note that if a refund is requested, your refund will not include the original cost of shipping.
At this time, we do not offer free return shipping for international orders or refunds on any Taxes & Duties incurred from your original order. However, for any international exchange orders, we will cover the cost of sending your exchange back to you. For Taxes & Duties refund inquiries for any returned items, please reach out to your local customs office to receive appropriate compensation if applicable.
Due to limited availability, Limited Edition Drops are final sale and are not eligible to be returned or exchanged.
For hygienic reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges on facemasks, face coverings, balaclavas, compression bottoms, underwear, or socks.
Exchanging or returning can be done quickly and easily in the following 3 steps:
1. Send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org and tell us if you want to exchange or return your product (s). We will send you our return form.
2. Fill in the return form that comes with your package. Fill in clearly which items you want to return and if you would like to exchange your items or want a refund.
3. Deliver your parcel to the carrier of your choice within 14 days after receiving your package.
4. After we have received your return shipment in our warehouse, we will process your return shipment within 10 working days. Our returns department will keep you informed by e-mail.
